[Food: Cosmic Cuisine] SUMMER BREAK

“Cosmic Cuisine” is not a clearly defined culinary style, but rather a concept that originated here at our restaurant. It represents an open, contemporary cuisine where influences from Italy, Asia, the Levant, and France coexist naturally. We serve bar food and small plates without any fuss. The focus is on the ingredients, while culinary boundaries increasingly fade into the background.

This signature style is also reflected in the work of our head chef, Alfonso Torre Robles, from Soria, Spain. He began his career as a chef in London. Since then, he has worked in various international kitchens, developing a confident, calm approach to incorporating influences from different culinary traditions.

A variety of flatbreads showcase the diversity of the cuisine. The menu is complemented by classics such as Gildas, anchovy brioche, vitello tonnato, and pan-seared perch, as well as hearty options like Bourdain’s Favorite Sandwich and basil-rosemary fries. This is complemented by a carefully curated selection of beverages, including wines such as Grillo d’Altura or Nero d’Avola, as well as cocktails like the Milo Mule, Stereo Spritz, La Paz, or Espresso Martini, which round out the culinary experience.
